The Rubio attacks aren't the important part of the rant, it's the focus on international trade deals and sovereignty. If you got the sneaking suspicion that a President Trump might scrap long standing U.S. trade policies, you are correct.
Trump will not sow chaos in America, quite the opposite with his support for police and sound economic policies. He will not implement a foreign policy designed to increase global tensions, in fact he's likely to deescalate tensions with Russia, which is the only nation capable of destroying the United States, and contain the threat of Muslim jihad. However, by focusing on securing U.S. interests, he will not expend as much energy on non-U.S. interests. The U.S. will give up global leadership, but unlike Obama, Trump will do it in a way so as to maximize the benefits for Americans.
Trump represents a return to pre-WWII America, when trade and business were the chief concerns. Pax Americana will recede and chaos will increase beyond its borders. The U.S. will be an island of prosperity and peace as the world rearms and regional conflicts escalate.
